We have listened to our members and the RTX platform is a perfect place to offer one to one trading for call centre traffic. The upgraded service from RTX means buying and selling routes is incredibly simple, coupled with our finance model we believe our platform lends itself perfectly for call centre trading.
Buying and selling call centre routes couldn’t be easier! Log on today to see how simple it is to sell your call centre routes or test and buy destinations that are on offer. If you’re already trading with RTX then your trust accounts will be linked, so trading revenues will be calculated from both platforms automatically. Our financial model is very compelling to call centre suppliers and should give peace of mind that payment will be made on a 7net1 basis or if you prefer, offset credit by buying other routes on offer using your accrued balance. For those of you who need faster payment terms, RTX does offer a quicker payment facility called “FastPay”. For stable supply routes RTX can speed up payment terms to 3net1 or even daily if required. A nominal 3% charge on revenue will be added for this service.

The RTX platform is designed to be self-trading. We have members today wanting to buy a range of destinations for call centre traffic. Please see below the list of both fixed and mobile destinations required. Most customers are wanting CLI and in some countries dual DTMF is required. We expect a best practice from our members and we will suspend those members who persistently defraud customers with FAS or other bypass means. Please trade responsibly!
